so, my first class was meat science lab.

i have to buy a knife for this class and i was showed how to sharpen it. this was a mistake on the part of Cal Poly. Not that i'm a murderer, it was just a poor decision to make me buy a very sharp knife. i have a temper.

anyway, i will learn how to cut meats, grind meat, make hamburger patties and hot dogs. hot damn!
the worst part was when he opened the meat locker that had halves of cows in them. i've seen those before in like mobster movies, but to really see right in your face. i gasped. it was frightening.

math next and then speech. i'm actually interested in this quarter, should be fun!
